Senior financial leadership to help guide your business to success providing overall management of financial functions including working directly with certified public accounting firms, tax compliance professionals, raising capital, access to banking relationships, management of capitalization table and equity instruments, treasury and cashflow management, KPI development and oversight, implementation of policies and procedures or other special financial service needs your company may require.
